An Endowment for Excellence and Leadership in the Arts

When you make an endowment gift the principal of your gift remains untouched while the income generated is allocated to support San Francisco Performances. Because San Francisco Performances’ endowment is maintained in perpetuity, a gift toward our endowment demonstrates a far-sighted commitment to excellence in the arts.

Donors may make a gift to the endowment with a single gift, a multi-year pledge, or by making a planned gift. Endowment gifts can be made in your name or in remembrance of a friend or family member and they can be structured to reflect your interests and serve as an enduring acknowledgement to your love of the arts.

Gifts to the Endowment may also be directed to any or all of four funds:

• Arts Education Fund: Supports programs in the schools and community
• Presentations Fund: Supports memorable performances by the world’s greatest artists
• Future of the Arts Fund: Supports the development and presentation of new work
• Discretionary Fund: Provides a pool of unrestricted income for the organization
