Summer Music Sessions Health and Safety Factsheet

It may look different, but we’re all here for the great music and the chance to hear it live.

Planning Your Visit: What Will Be Different?

  • Advance reservations/ticket sales and assigned seating is required. There are no day-of sales.
  • Don’t forget your mask. A face covering is required for entry and must be worn at all times. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandannas are not acceptable.
  • Don’t forget your tickets. Before leaving home, make sure you have your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket available on your mobile device. Tickets are currently not available for pick up at will call.

When You Arrive: What Will Be Different?

  • Upon arrival, you may be asked to form a socially distanced line outside the entrance. An usher will let you know when it’s your turn to go in. Doors open one hour prior to the performance.
  • When entering the lobby area, please be mindful of those around you and maintain a 6-foot distance at all times. Distancing markers will be placed at restrooms and other areas where lines may form.
  • Upon entrance, please go directly to your seat and do not congregate in the lobby.

At the Concert: What Will Be Different?
