2021–22 Season Health and Safety Factsheet

Per San Francisco city guidelines, San Francisco Performances requires all patrons ages of 5 and older to show proof of full vaccination to attend performances at the Veterans Building, along with a photo ID.

Planning Your Visit

  • Don’t forget your mask. A face covering is required for entry and must be worn at all times. Face masks must completely cover nose and mouth and have ear loops or similar to hold in place. Gaiters and bandannas are not acceptable.
  • Don’t forget your tickets. Before leaving home, make sure you have your print-at-home ticket or e-ticket available on your mobile device.
  • Proof of vaccination is required. To show proof of vaccination, we ask that you display a photo ID along with either your physical vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card or your QR code generated by the Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record website. We recommend keeping a photo of your card on your phone for easy access at all times.
  • Vaccines are now available for children ages 5–11, and fully vaccinated children are welcome at our performances two weeks after they have received their final dose. Proof of vaccination is required, however photo ID for children under 12 is not needed as long as they are accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians with valid photo ID.
  • In order to protect our staff, performing artists, and attending audiences and to create the safest and secure environment possible, at this time, we do not recognize any exemptions to our Vaccination-Only requirement and policy.
  • Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose regimen of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine administered two weeks or more in advance of the concert. A booster dose is not required.

When You Arrive

  • When entering the lobby area, please be mindful of those around you and maintain a 6-foot distance at all times. Distancing markers will be placed at restrooms and other areas where lines may form.
