Cole’s revolutionary piano-guitar-bass trio exhibited the sly wit and fleet-footed pulse of swing at its most sophisticated, and this evening’s performance revives the combo with pianist Adam Schulman, guitarist Jack Riordan and bassist John Wiitala.
